London

Four things, done properly

Most requests fall into one of these four. If you are not sure which one you need, that is normal and it is the first thing we work out with you.

The documents themselves are rarely the hard part. What decides whether a document is accepted is the wording, the order the steps are taken in, and whether the names on every page match. That is the part we take off your hands.

The same four steps, whatever the document

You do not need to know which document you need before you contact us. You need to know what has to happen, and where.

01

Tell us the outcome

Not the document, the result: a flat sold, a child registered, a diploma accepted. The required document follows from that, and getting this backwards is the most common way these jobs go wrong.

02

We tell you the chain

Which document, whose signature it needs, whether it must be notarised, apostilled, translated, or all three, and in what order. You get this before anything is charged or started.

03

We prepare and certify

Drafting, notarial certification, the FCDO apostille and any consular step, and the certified translation, run as one job rather than four errands you coordinate yourself.

04

You receive a usable set

The finished documents in the form the receiving authority expects, ready to hand over rather than ready to start processing.

Not sure which of these you need?

Describe the situation in a message and we will tell you which document solves it.

Ask about your case

Built for people whose paperwork is in another country

If you live in the UK and your life still has administrative roots somewhere else, you already know the shape of the problem. A registry wants a signature in person. A bank wants a certificate you last saw fifteen years ago. A university wants a diploma translated by someone whose name they can check.

None of these are hard problems in isolation. They are hard because they have to be solved from a distance, in a language the receiving office does not use, under rules that differ between the country you live in and the country that holds your record.

We work in English, Ukrainian, Russian, Polish and Romanian, and we deal with both ends of the chain: the UK side where the document is certified and legalised, and the side abroad where it has to be accepted. You describe the situation once, in your own language, and we tell you what it will actually take.
